Eric Taylor (born December 14, 1981 in Winchester, Tennessee) is a Canadian football Defensive tackle for the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the seventh round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played College football at Memphis.
Taylor has also been a member of the Minnesota Vikings, Seattle Seahawks and Tennessee.
